TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

When marketing the MIXP Services, one shall only use approved marketing materials provided by the MIXP management committee

Please do pay special attention that use of the MIXP names determined is first discussed and determined by the Management Committee. In no event may the Peers or any party
(i) market the Services under other brand names, or
(ii) market the Services under the MIXP names in combination with any other trademark, trade name, domain name, word or symbol, “tag line”, “endorsement line” or “enhancing statement”, whether owned by the MIXP Peer or a third party, including co-branding, double-branding or other combinations. Any exceptions require prior express written approval from MIXP management committee.

Use of the MIXP of the Services on hardware, online or on printed marketing materials to be provided as part of the Services requires prior express written approval from MIXP management committee.

Note: MIXP currently has only two points of presence at Government Online Centre and Rogers Capital in Ebene, Mauritius
